About
15+ years driving technical transformation and enterprise customer relationships across cloud and media technology.
I'm a customer-focused technology leader with a rare combination: I can architect and build a platform with my own hands, and I can sit across from a CEO, CFO, or board and translate that work into business outcomes.
My expertise spans AWS cloud services, music licensing, royalty reporting, streaming, metadata, and Cloud FinOps. Across my career I've automated business processes, adopted new technology, driven cost efficiencies, fortified security frameworks, and optimized cloud performance.
One thread runs through it all: shaping standards in the music distribution chain. Through my work with DDEX, I helped companies including Sony Music, Rhapsody, AOL Music, Microsoft, and Napster implement systems for licensing and distributing audio and video content. More recently, I co-founded Deep Seats — a fan-intelligence platform — where I helped shape the product and UI/UX, led the technical build, and managed a small team from concept through a hardened, partner-ready AWS deployment.
